How do I return an item?
If you want to return your purchase, fill out the return note and send the product to the address below. The buyer must pay for this kind of return shipment.

As a customer you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way they operate. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If you have used the product beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and the way it works, we consider the item as used, and reserve the right, after a concrete assessment in each case, to reduce the repayment or the refunding lapse completely. You should also be aware that the original packaging typically represents a value, and the original packaging must also be returned. The shipping costs associated with the return is at the customer's expense.
REFUND OF PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to cancel your purchase. We will refund your money in the same way that you chose to pay in the first place. That is to say; if you paid with your debit card, we will transfer the money to your card again. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have been able to supply evidence of having sent back the product.
Have you used the gift card or voucher at your purchase you will recieve a voucher for that amount. The gift voucher can not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
DISCOUNT AND PROMOTIONS
Special discounts and promotions on our web shop include only stocked items. If the item is not in stock you will be contacted within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the item is not in stock.
Please note that discount codes cannot be used with other offers, promotions or coupons on gift certificates issued during events.
We always check all jewelry before shipment. If you do experience a defect on the jewelry, please return the item quickly for us to repair the item.
GENERAL RULES OF THE BUYER LAW
Unless specified different below we follow the general rules of The Buyer Law. The contract is designed and made in Danish and is not available on our website. Therefore, you should print and save the order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if they are given false prices on the website as these can be auto calculated. The order confirmation is generated by purchase. The order confirmation is a copy of the basket and not our acceptance of the deal.
MISSING AND COMPLAINTS
If the buyer wants to claim a defect, the buyer must let us know in reasonable time. If the item is defect one of the following things will happen: The lack is corrected; a replacement will be made; an appropriate reduction in price; The cost can be withdrawed if the damage is substantial. The shipping postage is payed by the seller. The product must be returned securely packaged. You cannot return jewelry or other items without prior agreement.

We provide a 2 year warranty on all products. You can complain about errors or defects that were present before the items were sold. The burden of proof is the responsibility of the buyer after the first 6 months (cf. Sale of Goods Act § 83). Seller will not cover damage caused by physical abuse and worn jewelry.

Conditions for items purchased in the store
Items purchased in our stores can be exchanged in any of our stores. JEWLSCPH offers an extended exchange until 08.01.2019 for orders bought between 1.11.2018 - 24.12.2018. All orders can be exchanged in any of our stores, no matter which one it's bought in.
Please note if an item is custommade for the customer the right of return and exchange relinquish.
NOTE: Sale and outlet items which are purchased in our store cannot be exchanged or returned unless agreed otherwise. Note that outlet items are always available as presented. When purchasing outlet items discount-, promotion codes or gift codes cannot be used.
