TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CURRENT RULES REGARDING ITEMS BOUGHT ON THE WEBSHOP
All shown prices on the website are in the currency DKK and prices are included VAT and service charges. Free delivery in Denmark is also included in the price. Delivery abroad, inclusive Greenland and Faroe Islands are added extra charges, determined by present charges of Post Danmark.

SAFE PAYMENT ON THE INTERNET
JEWLSCPH is officially approved by PBS for receiving internet payments. All payments will take place on a safely encrypted SSL line directly to PBS. As soon as your account details have been approved by PBS, your order will be confirmed and the amount withdrawn from your account after shipment.
The following credit cards are accepted: Dankort, Visa/dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Forbrugsforeningen.
You can also choose to pay via bank transfer. Please use the information below when choosing this option. No additional service charges will be charged.

Orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays will be sent during 2-5 working days after confirmation of your order (provided that the products are in stock). Your payment will be withdrawn after your order has been shipped. FREE delivery in Denmark. If delivery abroad, extra charges will be ascribed in accordance to the present charges of Post Danmark.
Please note while placing an order that it is possible to write an alternative address for delivery. It can be used e.g. if your order will be sent as a present. Therefore no invoice is attached, if an alternative address is chosen.
RIGHTS OF RETURN
JEWLSCPH offers an extended return until 08.01.2019 for orders placed between 1.11.2018 - 24.12.2018.
When returning, the state of the jewellery should be the same as when you received it. This means that if the JEWLSCPH sticker placed at the jewellery have been removed, return will not be accepted.
Further notice that the original packaging represents a value and should also be returned. A further requirement when returning is that the goods are sent by registrated parcel post. Charges connected for this purpose will not be returned.
If usage of rights of return, JEWLSCPH will refund the full amount of money (i.e. not expenses for shipment concerning your return)
After we receive your returned order, the full amount will be transferred to your account during 4 working days.
Please note that it is not possible to return items, which have been specially produced for you.
We check all jewellery before shipment. If you discover any defects, JEWLSCPH will exchange the jewellery.
THE DANISH SALE OF GOODS ACT AND CISG
If not mentioned in the described terms, the Danish Sale of Goods Act and CISG will apply. For non-EU residents choice of law will be necessary in case of any dispute. The contract will be worked out in Danish, and will not be available on the website for later use. It is important that you print your confirmation of the order. We reserve rights to cancel an order, if wrong prices are shown on the website. The confirmation of your order, generated at purchase, is a copy of your shopping basket, and not our accept of the order.
DEFECTS AND COMPLAINTS
If you want to plead for defects, you will have to let us know in reasonable time. If the jewellery suffer from a stated defect, following steps can be taken in following order: correction, redelivery and reduction of the price. The agreement can only be cancelled in case of a substantial defect. JEWLSCPH will pay the expenses of shipment if returning. The goods have to be returned in safe packaging. No goods can be returned without agreement.
RIGHT TO INVOKE LACK OF CONFORMITY
On all our products we provide a 2-year right of complaint. It is possible to complain about defects, which were present before the goods were sold. The buyer will have the burden of proof, when the first 6 months have passed. Seller will not cover damages emerged from physical abuse and worn jewellery.

NOTE: Sale and outlet items which are purchased in our store cannot be exchanged or returned unless agreed otherwise. Note that outlet items are always available as presented. When purchasing outlet items discount-, promotion codes or gift codes cannot be used.
